"Teaching Orthodontics to General and Pediatric Dentists"
This Orthodontic training program is a unique opportunity for General and pediatric Dentists to learn one of the most effective orthodontic techniques available. It is simple, easy, very predictable and cost effective. This orthodontic seminar is designed to help general and pediatric dentist to provide access to orthodontic care in a very safe approach, equipped with the knowledge and the efficient supportive system to add orthodontics to their practice while becoming better restorative and esthetic dentists. This course will give you enough knowledge to determine what cases are a good fit for the Invisalign option and why.
You will learn time tested techniques and procedures from an IAO Instructor, you will also have one on one hands-on training. you will return to your dental office with the tools and knowledge to add an orthodontic department to your general or pediatric practice. Your mission is to provide access to care for your patients and our mission is to help you in achieving your goals.
The Technique
The Roundedge Orthodontic and Segmental Teeth Movement technique is considered to be one of the most effective orthodontic techniques with the minimum wire bending or none (pre-fabricated wires are also available) and chair time program. This Seminar will advance your knowleddge of the biology of growth and development, and teach you how to implement into your practice. The training you will receive will apply to the diagnosis and treatment of adult and children. This course will allow you to diagnose and choose the orthodontic cases that you want to keep in your practice and the ones that you should refer out. Basically you will be able to keep 75%-80% of your orthodontic cases in your office.
The Seminar
The seminar is a two year program which will include 6 seminars, one every 3 months. During the two years the student will have unlimited orthodontic support for diagnosis and progress diagnosis cases via email and telephone.

Seminar Speakers
Dr. Manhal Yazji, DDS IBO
Graduated from Damascus University in 1981. In 1996 he became a Diplomat of the International Board of Orthodontics and in 2000 was certified as Associate Instructor by the International Association for Orthodontics. Shortly before he became an IBO Diplomat and after practicing the Orthodontic Techniques, Edgewise and Begg, he developed his own technique called Roundedge Orthodontics.
Dr. Yazji is the founder and president of Regency Dental multispecialty and multi locations centers in St. Lucie West, Florida. Dr Yazji practices restorative and esthetic dentistry beside his orthodontic treatment to thousands of cases in united state and in Haiti. He is currently a member of the ADA, FDA, South District Dental Association, Treasure Coast Dental Society and the IAO.
Dr. Yazji speaks four Languages fluently (English, Arabic, French and Creole). When out of office Dr. Yazji enjoys Equestrian Show jumping, Racket ball, Tennis and Biking.
Dr. Ghassan Souri, DDS ABPD
Dr. Souri has been a Director of dental programs at several federally qualified health centers (FQHCs)
In Illinois for years. Also, he is the Dental Consultant for Primary Health Care Association (IPHCA).
Dr. Souri is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is an adjunct faculty at Midwestern University and University of Illinois at Chicago UIC college of Dentistry.
In 2003, he received the Illinois Primary Health Care Clinician Devotion Award. Also, Dr. Souri received the Innovative Research in Primary Care Award by the National Association of Communities Health Centers.
Dr. Souri received his degree in dentistry from the Damascus University School of Dentistry in Syria and took postgraduate studies at Loyola University School of Dentistry. He also completed a pediatric dentistry residency at Mott Children’s Health Center/Hurley Medical Center in Flint, Michigan.
Dr. Souri is currently a member at ADA, ISDS, CDC, IAO, IPHCA and NNOHA. He is bilingual (English, Arabic). He enjoys traveling and biking.
